This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between TSR Tech Services Sdn. Bhd., a company incorporated in Malaysia, having its principal office at 1-16-09, Arena Sovo, Bukit Jalil, 57000, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as "TSR Tech Services", “TSR”,"we", "us", or "our") and you (the "Client" or "User") and you (the "Client" or "User").

By accessing or using our services, platform, websites, or applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with this Agreement.

1. Scope and Acceptance of Terms

1.1 This Agreement governs your use of services offered by TSR Tech Services, including but not limited to:

• IT and software development
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital solutions
• Cybersecurity services
• Cloud services and digital platforms

1.2 Continued use of the Platform indicates your acceptance of these Terms, including any future updates.

2. Description of Services

We provide a broad range of technology-driven services, including:

• Software and system development
• Cloud-based solutions
• AI automation tools
• Cybersecurity assessment and implementation
• Customised IT consultancy and deployment

Certain services may be subject to specific service-level agreements or subscription models.

3. User Responsibilities and Restrictions

• Not use the Platform in violation of Malaysian laws (e.g., Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, PDPA 2010).
• Not share your login credentials.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform.
• Be fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, source code, and proprietary materials, remain the sole property of TSR Tech Services or its licensors. No rights are transferred except those expressly granted under this Agreement.

5. Data Protection and PDPA Compliance

• We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
• By using the Platform, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any third-party personal data provided by you has the necessary consent.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
• TSR Tech Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous six (6) months.

7. Termination and Suspension

• TSR Tech Services may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of this Agreement.
• You may terminate the Agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice.

Upon termination:

• All licenses and access rights cease
• Data may be deleted based on our retention policy

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Malaysia.

9. Anti-Bribery and Corruption

• You agree to comply with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009.
• Any breach of this clause may result in immediate termination and indemnification of TSR Tech Services.

11. Language

This policy is published in English and may be translated. In the event of inconsistencies, the English version shall prevail.

By using our services or Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
